Men arrested - drugs & guns located in South Eastern suburbs

Dandenong Divisional Response Unit investigators arrested two men this morning following search warrants at Cranbourne and Cranbourne North this morning, Victoria Police say.

Police executed search warrants at the two homes about 5.30am

Investigators allegedly found and seized a quantity of liquid believed to be GHB, crystalline substance believed to be methylamphetamine and cash at the Cranbourne North house.

A 43-year-old Cranbourne North man was arrested at the scene.

At the Cranbourne address police seized two firearms, a sawn off shotgun and large calibre rifle, and a quantity of what is alleged to be methylamphetamine and heroin.

Police arrested a 42-year-old Cranbourne man was also arrested at that address.

Both men are currently assisting investigators with their enquiries.
