A Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission previously found that couriers, including those who deliver through an app or platform, are covered by the Road Transport and Distribution Award 2020. But Menulog recently told the Commission that the Award is not suitable for platform style operations. It wants an On Demand Delivery Industry Award to be created. The TWU is opposed. NatRoad continues to monitor the proceedings.
