Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Michael Egel.
A warrant has been issued for the 31-year-old man's arrest in relation to failing to appear at court, theft of motor vehicle, possess drug of dependence and property related offences.
Egel is described as Caucasian, approximately 190cm tall, with black hair, a fair complexion, and a medium build.
He is believed to frequent the Dandenong and Clayton areas.
