Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Michael Teuira.
The 24-year-old is wanted on warrant for making threats to kill.
He is known to frequent the Hume and Moreland local government areas.
Investigators have released an image of Teuira in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Teuira is perceived to be of Pacific Islander in appearance, approximately 180cm tall, with black hair and a thin build.
