The redevelopment of Mill Park Basketball Stadium if off to a running start, with demolition works almost complete.
The extensive upgrade will include updating the reception area and café, re-paving and landscaping the forecourt, installing new toilets, showers and change rooms, constructing a multipurpose room and more!
Council will also divert more than 80% of the construction waste from landfill to help protect the environment.
The stadium will remain open during the development, subject to the Victorian Government's COVIDSafe settings. The redevelopment is expected to be complete by mid-to-late 2022.
