Director-General of Health Dr Diana Sarfati is today issuing Breakfree to Smokefree as a public health message under section 24(f) of the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990.
Public health messaging, consistent with the Breakfree to Smokefree social marketing campaign, can be published by a public service or an individual or organisation that is funded (whether wholly or partly or whether directly or indirectly) by a public health service.
