Missing 12-year-old boy at Logan

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 12-year-old boy reported missing yesterday.

The boy was last seen yesterday at around 5pm at a hospital but normally resides in Logan.

He may have travelled by train to Surfers Paradise.

Police hold concerns for the boy's welfare as he suffers from a medical condition requiring treatment.

The boy is described as being Pacific Islander, 155cm tall, with a medium build, brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with white writing on the front, dark pants and grey slip on shoes with white soles.

Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of the boy is urged to contact police.
