Missing 17-year-old boyin Brisbane

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 17-year-old boy, last seen yesterday in Brisbane.

Family believes the boy may attempt to travel to the Cherbourg area.

His family hold concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition.

The boy (pictured) is described as 175cm tall, Indigenous, with facial hair. Last seen wearing a grey jumper, grey trackpants, a dark blue hat, with dark grey shoes and carrying a shoulder bag.

Investigators urge the boy, or anyone with information of his whereabouts, to contact police.
