Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Ben Chisholm, a 22-year-old man, reported missing from Nelly Bay yesterday.
He was last seen about 10am and has not contacted family since then.
His family hold concerns for his welfare due to the behaviour being out of character.
Ben is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 170cm tall, medium build and long, light-brown hair.
He was dressed in shorts and a dark green long-sleeved pull over. Investigators urge Ben, or anyone with information of his whereabouts, to contact police.
