Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 27-year-old man missing from Southbank.
Joshua Man (pictured) was last seen near Kodak Beach at Southbank around 1pm today (September 15).
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has an intellectual impairment and is non-verbal.
Joshua is described as Asian in appearance, approximately 160cm tall, with a slim build. He has black hair and black eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark green T-shirt, green trousers, blue runners and has a backpack, possibly light blue in colour.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts are asked to urgently contact police.
