A woman missing from Sydney's inner-west has been located safe and well.
The 53-year-old woman was last seen leaving Concord Hospital, Hospital Road, Concord, about 5pm on Thursday 13 June 2019.
She was located by Queensland Police who informed officers from Burwood Police Area Command a short time after.
