Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate an 8-year-old girl, last seen in Clifford Street, Surfers Paradise tonight, at about 7 pm.
She was seen in Cavill Mall a short time later.
Police and family hold concerns for her safety and well-being due to her young age and are urging the girl, or anyone who may know her current whereabouts, to contact police (details below).
The 8-year-old girl (pictured) is described as Islander appearance, tanned complexion, long dark hair, 130cm tall, prop build, wearing a grey dress with dark black and white love hearts, with long sleeve white shirt (underneath) and white sneakers.
