Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Skye-Lee Hills, Victoria Police say.
Skye-Lee was last seen on Sutton Street Delacombe about 6pm last night.
Skye-Lee has an intellectual disability and requires medication which she did not take with her.
Police and family hold concerns for Skye-Lee and have released an image of her in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Skye–Lee is described as 155cm tall with a thin build and fair complexion.
