Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Bentleigh East woman Priscilla Albert.
The 44-year-old was last seen leaving a care facility on Cardiff Street, Bentleigh East about 8.30am on Thursday 12 December.
Police and family hold concerns for Priscilla as she suffers from a medical condition and requires regular medication.
Investigators have released an image of Priscilla in the hope someone recognises her and comes forward with information about her whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Priscilla is urged to contact Caulfield Police Station on 9524 9500.
