Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Shakira Fowlds.
The 17-year-old was last seen on 11 October in the Bon Beach area.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Shakira is 155cm tall with light blue eyes and dark hair.
She is known to frequent the Thomastown and Bon Beach areas.
Police have released an image of Shakira in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Shakira is asked to contact Moorabbin Police Station on 9556 6341.
