Missing boy Ruot

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Ruot.

The 16-year-old was last seen on Mountainview Boulevard, Cranbourne North about 12am on Friday, 9 April.

He is described as having a slim build and short black hair.

It is believed he could be in the Cranbourne North area.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is extremely out of character.

Police have released an image of Ruot in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.

Anyone who sees Ruot is urged to contact Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
