Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy, Zachary Gourley.
Zachary was last seen in Doncaster East on 7 September.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the amount of time missing.
The 12-year-old is described as 165cm tall with a solid build and brown hair
He was last seen wearing a dark hooded top, red track pants and white and blue colourful Nike basketball shoes.
Investigators have released an image of Zachary in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Zachary is urged to contact Doncaster Police Station on 8841 3999.
