Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing Burnside man Jordan Stepanoski.
The 23-year-old was last seen at an address in Burnside about 10am on Monday 28 December.
Police and family have concerns for Jordan as he suffers from a medical condition, and his disappearance is out of character.
Jordan was last seen wearing a dark coloured long sleeve top, black cargo pants and a blue and red beanie.
He is believed to be travelling in a silver Subaru Liberty, registration QXZ859.
Jordan is known to frequent the Sunbury, Melton and Caroline Springs areas.
Investigators have released an image of Jordan in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jordan or has information about his current whereabouts is asked to contact the Caroline Springs Police Station on 9361 4700.
