Missing children, Redland Bay

A 13-year-old boy and 10-year-old girl have been missing from Redland Bay since Monday and police are asking for assistance to help locate them.

It is believed they both left a residence on Terrier Court around 11.30am on January 6 and are travelling together around the Brisbane City area.

Police and family hold concern for the pair, due to the older boy suffering from a medical condition and the girl's young age.

The pair are described as Aboriginal in appearance, of a slim build with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the two children should contact police.
