An eight-year-old girl reported missing from Doonside has been found, NSW Police say.
The child was reported missing from a family member’s home about 5pm today.
After an extensive search of the surrounding area by police from Blacktown Local Area Command and the PolAir crew, the child was found in a shallow creek not far from where she was last seen.
She has been reunited with her family and is being checked by paramedics as a precaution; however, she does not appear to be physically injured.
