Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate an 84-year-old Birkdale man who went missing from Birkdale overnight.
Paul Long was last seen at an Almond Avenue address around 10pm.
He was captured on CCTV at Birkdale Railway Station shortly before 11pm.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Paul is described as Caucasian, with a thin build, approximately 177 centimetres tall with short grey hair and a grey beard.
He was last seen wearing army khaki trousers, a knitted blue jacket with a blue collar and a black backpack.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information about Paul's whereabouts to contact Policelink immediately.
