Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate an elderly woman missing for a care facility in Mount Gravatt.
Patricia Duncan was last seen around 4.40pm walking in Foxglove Street.
Ms Duncan suffers from a medical condition and may be disorientated or confused.
She is described as 85-years-old, Caucasian, solid build with grey hair. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, grey pants and grey sneakers.
Her current whereabouts are unknown however she is believed to still be on foot in the area. Residents are asked to check their yards and properties and anyone with further information is urged to contact police.
