Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Celess Torpy.
The 14-year-old was last seen at her Frankston address about 12.30am on Monday, 27 July.
Police hold concerns for Celess due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Celess is described as having a medium build, long dark hair and brown eyes.
She is known to frequent the Carrum Downs, Frankston or Cranbourne areas.
Investigators have released an image of Celess in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
