Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Mernda girl Chloe.
The 11-year-old was last seen on Mernda Village Drive, Mernda about 5.20pm on Sunday 19 September.
Police and family have concerns for Chloe due to her age.
She was last seen wearing black track pants, black shoes, a black jacket and grey jumper.
Investigators have released an image of her in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Mernda Police Station on 9216 1200.
