Police are seeking assistance to help locate a girl reported missing from Caboolture.
The 14-year-old was last seen at an address in Morayfield on February 5 but has not been seen since.
Concerns are held for her welfare as her behaviour is out of character.
She has a fair complexion, is around 150 cm tall and has a slim build and brown hair.
Anyone who has seen her is being urged to contact police.
