Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a girl reported missing from Tannum Sands, Queensland Police say.
The 14-year-old was last seen on October 13 around 11.30am in Tannum Sands but has not been seen or made contact with anyone since.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.
She is described as being Caucasian in appearance, around 145cms tall with a slim build and brown hair.
She was last seen wearing floral patterned shorts, a grey zip up hooded jumper and a blue, green and black t-shirt.
Anyone who may have seen her is being urged to contact police via Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000 or the Gladstone Police station on 4971 3222.
Anyone with information which could assist with this matter should contact Crime Stoppers anonymously.
