Missing girl, Waterford West

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate an 11-year-old girl missing in the Waterford West area since this afternoon, Queensland Police say.

The girl (pictured) was last seen at about 2.15pm in the Waterford West area when she went to go looking for a missing dog, however she has not been seen since.

Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and this behaviour is out of character.

The girl is described as Caucasian in appearance, 155cm tall, slim build, brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white Little Miss Chatterbox shirt and dark blue denim shorts.

Anyone with information in relation to the girl’s whereabouts is asked to contact police.
