Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Trey Hudson.
The 15-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Heyfield about 2.30am on 28 September.
Police and family hold concerns for Trey's welfare due to his age and the length of time he's been missing.
He is described as approximately 167cm tall with a medium build and has black hair with a long fringe.
Investigators have released an image of Trey in the hope someone recognises him.
Anyone who has seen Trey or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Sale Police Station on 5142 2200.
