Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Grachelle Cabulacan.
The 15-year-old was last seen in Titus Avenue about 2.30pm.
Police and family members have concerns for Grachelle as it is out of character for her not to be in touch with family.
Grachelle is described as being 152cm tall, of medium build, with long black hair.
She was last seen wearing a black jumper with a white logo, black leggings and black shoes.
Police have released an image of Grachelle in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Grachelle is urged to contact Wyndham North Police Station on 8734 1100.
