Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Horsham teen Maddy Hooper.
The 14-year-old was last seen at her Carr Street home about 12.30pm today (26 September).
Police and family have concerns for Maddy's welfare due to her age.
She is described as being 165cm tall, has a slim build and light brown and faded red hair.
Maddy was last seen wearing a blue adidas hoodie and red shorts.
An image of Maddy has been released in the hope someone recognises her and is able to provide information on her whereabouts.
