Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Albert.
The 72-year-old was last seen at a medical facility in Burgundy Street, Heidelberg earlier today.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare due to his age and medical conditions.
An image of Albert has been released in the hope someone may recognise him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He was last seen wearing a blue vest, white shirt with blue checks, green pants, grey baseball cap and was without shoes or socks.
Anyone who sees Albert or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Heidelberg Police Station on 9450 8000.
