Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Anthony Chong.
The 47-year-old was last seen getting on a bus in Noble Park on 4 October about 4pm.
He was wearing a long sleeve brown collared shirt, navy jeans, light blue runner and had a black back pack.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he requires medication.
Investigators have released an image of Anthony in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Anthony is urged to contact Springvale Police Station on 8558 8600.
