Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Dandenong man Anthony Nguyen.
The 42-year-old was last seen at his home address on Grace Street on 4 July.
Family and police have concerns for Anthony's welfare due to an ongoing medical condition.
Police have released an image of Anthony in the hope someone recognises him.
Anthony is described as of Asian appearance with short black hair.
Anyone who sights Anthony or has knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact the Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
