Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Bradley Mackay.
The 48-year-old was last seen in Gunbower on October 31.
He was wearing a dark-coloured top, khaki shorts and a black cap.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition and released the below image in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Bradley is described as Caucasian and about 180cm tall with a solid build and bald hair.
Police believe he may be driving a Toyota Hilux with the registration IGY 6 and heading towards Gunbower State Forest.
Investigators have also released an image of his vehicle.
Anyone who sees Bradley is urged to contact Mernda Police Station on 9216 1200.
