Missing man - Cootamundra, NSW

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man who went missing from the Cootamundra area last week, NSW Police say.

Adam Jason Liles, aged 46, from Cootamundra was last seen in the Jindalee National Park, north of Cootamundra, on Wednesday 6 July 2016.

Despite ongoing searches, Mr Liles has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family have serious concerns for the welfare of the missing person due to a medical condition and the inclement weather in the area.

Mr Liles is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a medium build and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue jumper with the logo 'Young Cherry Pickers'.

Mr Liles may be travelling in a 1997 white VT Holden Commodore sedan with NSW registration plates "USX184".

Anyone with information regarding Mr Liles current whereabouts is asked to contact Cootamundra Police Station on (02) 6942 0099 or Crime Stopers.
