Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Glen Waverley man Daniel Moutien.
The 22-year-old was last seen at his Campbell Street address on Sunday 15 December.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Daniel may be travelling in a blue Toyota Camry with registration TZM-961.
Investigators have released an image of Daniel in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
