Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Caulfield North man David.
The 47-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Wattletree Road, Malvern about 3.45pm.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Investigators have released an image of David in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees David is urged to contact Malvern Police Station on 8823 5600.
