Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Burnside Heights man David Deng.
The 31-year-old was last seen leaving a hospital on Furlong Road at 5.50am on 30 October.
Police and family have concerns for David's welfare due to a medical condition.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket and track pants and is described as being
very tall and has a very large build.
David is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD.
Investigators have released an image of David in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees David is urged to contact the Keilor Downs Police Station on (03) 9365 3333.
