Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Henry Davies.
The 87-year-old was last seen leaving Latrobe Valley Hospital just after 4pm and was headed toward the bike track.
He is described as having grey hair and was wearing grey pants, a long sleeved blue shirt and glasses.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and he does have some memory loss.
An image of Henry has been released in the hope someone has information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Henry or has information is urged to contact Traralgon Police Station on 5172 2700.
