Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Leon.
The 83-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Princes Highway, Werribee about 11.45am on 16 August.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Leon due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Leon in the hope someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
