Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Lloyd Clarke.
The 41-year-old was last seen in Wonthaggi about 1pm on 6 May.
Lloyd is described as having a large build, brown hair with a tattoo 'lily' on the inside of his right arm and the Southern Cross on his left arm.
He may be using crutches or wearing a moonboot and was wearing a white t-shirt, hooded top, black cap and was carrying a black backpack.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Lloyd in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Lloyd is urged to contact San Remo Police Station on 5678 5500.
