A man who went missing from Fairfield East early this morning has been located safe and well, NSW Police say.
The 75-year-old man was last seen about 2am today when he walked out of his home on Hercules Street.
He was reported missing when he failed to return, and as he suffers a number of medical conditions.
Officers attached to Fairfield Local Area Command commenced searching for the man; and following inquiries, he was located safe and well by Ambulance Paramedics about 10.45am.
Police thank the public and media for their assistance.
