Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Langwarrin man Malcolm Bohmeyer.
Malcolm left his home on Cranbourne Road to go for a bike ride about 1.30pm.
He usually rides his blue mountain bike near the Cranbourne Road - Peninsula Link bike path.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition and that he's recently been feeling unwell.
Malcolm was due home mid-afternoon and has since missed his regular medication.
The 71-year-old is described as Caucasian in appearance, 178cm tall with a medium build and short grey hair.
He was wearing a blue helmet, black long sleeve tee shirt and grey track pants.
Investigators have released an image of Malcolm in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
