Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing St Albans man Mathiang (Thomas) Machol.
The 19-year-old was last seen at his home in Moffat Street on 27 September.
Police and family have concerns for Thomas's welfare out of character.
Thomas is African in appearance, 190cm tall with short dark hair and a thin build.
Investigators have released an image of Thomas in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Thomas is urged to contact Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
