Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 35-year-old man reported missing from Shailer Park since Friday, August 19, Queensland Police say.
Jonathon Clarke (pictured) was last seen at a Plantain Road residence on Friday morning and has not been seen since leaving that address.
Police and family members hold concerns for his wellbeing as he suffers from a medical condition.
He is described as being a Caucasian, about 175cm tall with shaved brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a fleece blue and grey jumper with a zip, long light blue jeans and a pair of thongs.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stopers.
