Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Shane Nichols.
The 25-year-old was last seen near Maroondah Highway, Ringwood about 1.20pm on 13 September.
Police and family have concerns for Shane's welfare as he has a medical condition requiring medication and due to the length of time he has been missing.
He is Caucasian, with dark brown shaved hair, a dark brown beard and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper and blue tracksuit pants.
Investigators have released a photo of Shane in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
