Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 61-year-old Wangaratta man Trevor Wilder.
Trevor was last seen on Bishop Street, Brunswick about 4.10pm this afternoon (5 December).
Police and family hold concern for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Investigators have released the below image of Trevor in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Trevor is urged to contact Brunswick Police Station on 8378 6000.
