Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 63-year-old man William Vancuylenburg.
William was last seen at a St James Avenue premises about 4pm on Tuesday 10 March.
Police and family have concerns for William's welfare due to the length of time he has been missing and as he has medical conditions requiring medication.
Investigators believe William may be using public transport and is known to frequent the Clayton, Caulfield, St Kilda, Moorabbin and Dandenong areas.
Police have released a photo of William in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
