Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton South woman Ei Khaing Phyu, also known as Christabel Phyu.
The 41-year-old was last seen at a hotel on Whiteman Street in Southbank where she was quarantining.
Police have concerns for her welfare as she failed to return home at the end of her quarantine, which is out of character.
Investigators have released an image of Christabel in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about her is urged to contact Caroline Springs Police Station on 9361 4700.
