Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 32-year-old Sale woman Kylie Vallance and her three children, Victoria Police say.
Donna was last seen in Knight St, Maffra with her two daughters, 9-year-old Brittney and 8-year-old Tayla, and 3-year-old son Ashley, about 2.30pm on Saturday 5 May.
It is believed the four had planned to go bushwalking in the Valencia Creek area and did not return.
Police and family have concerns for their welfare due the length of time they have been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Kylie in the hope that someone may recognise her and provide information on her current whereabouts.
Investigators believe she may be driving a silver 2000 Holden Commodore, registration ZAK420.
Anyone who sees Kylie is urged to contact Sale Police Station on 5142 2200.
